Braxton hicks???

Question

I was sitting on the toilet and all of a sudden felt my stomach getting really tight.. it lasted for about 20 seconds, it was uncomfortable. Could this be bh or am I too early? I'm 18w4d..

My midwife and others have said you can get them pretty early around the 20 week mark so I wouldn't say 18 weeks is out of the question :)

You actually start getting bh around 7 weeks. I had an ultrasound at 16wks, and the doctor showed my uterus contracting. You just don't feel them

I haven't ever heard of anyone getting them that early,  but I'm not 100% sure.  Did you call the doctor at all? If it's keeps up of absolutely make an appointment to be seen !
