Does evening primrose oil really work? If so, do I just take it orally with my prenatal?

I took it with my last pregnancy but I used it vaginally. I poked holes in the tablets and inserted 2 of them right before bed.

I used it with my last pregnancy and will be with this one. I used it vaginally starting at 38w. My first two labours I didn't use EPO and they were 26 and 38hrs long and I tore with both. My last was only 5hrs and I didn't tear! I don't know if it was th EPO but I'm not taking any chances this time. If you use it vaginally put it in right before bed and wear a pad!

I've heard you take it orally and vaginally. But you haven't to insert it to where it's very close to your cervix!
