Constipation Help
I need a solution!! 16w3d & im getting constipated so quickly and every day! I'm going every day to every other day but I get backed up RIGHT after again. It's like there's no end.
I'm to the point where I'm having to get it out with my finger (SO GROSS I KNOW!!!) but it's STUCK and I can't leave it where it is.
Been taking Colace 2x a day, it's not helping. Everytime I go & think it's better, I get backed up & stuck again. 😩😩 I need RELIEF! 🤞🏼🙏🏼
P.S- Coffee ALWAYS makes me poop and that's a lost cause too 😣
