Constant lower back pain 38 weeks?

I have bad lower back pain tonight. I dont think it is timeable, but holy cow is it uncomfortable. Is this normal? Or early labor? I also had really sharp lpwer abdominal/cervix/vagina pain today. So bad I ended up sitting down in the middle of the hallway.

That's exactly how my contractions started with my first son. Back pain all day , then pains started to come around the front. I had horrible back labor. If the pain starts to make its way to the sides and front, call your doctor and see if he thinks you should come in to get hooked to the monitor to check for contractions.
