I have used the baby Aveno made for eczema .. I even use it on my arms ( I ended up with eczema on my arms due to pregnancy and it takes it right away) it has oatmeal in it to calm itchy, inflamed skin

From someone who has two kids that suffer from severe eczema and pregnant with #3, I'm taking precautions myself. Aveeno products irritated the crap out of my kids, even the "Eczema line". The best products so far that calms the eczema down is either Cetaphil or Eucerin/Aquaphor Baby. So moisturizing. I'm going to be using Eucerin/Aquaphor Baby throughout my #3's baby years and hope for the best that he won't have eczema like his siblings.
