evening primrose oil. 37weeks. does it help labor come sooner?
Does evening primrose oil help induce labor? Is it safe? What exactly does it do? I saw it for the first time on here and did very minimal research and some say not to take while pregnant.. I do NOT want to do anything to hurt my baby etc.. so is it okay to take? Or should it just be avoided?
I do not want to be pregnant past 40 weeks, or be medically induced. Thanks ladies!
