LOL you don't! I dont know if it is possible to not worry. I am pregnant after a MC so it is especially tough but I am nearly 20 weeks now so smooth sailing so far. You just have to breathe and know that as long as youre taking care of yourself you are doing everything you can to take care of your bean.
