Since I've gotten pregnant with our little baby girl, I've been breaking out a lot and I wonder if any ladies have any reccomendations for me?

Anything with retinol or salicylic acid is automatically not safe in pregnancy. You'll need to ask your doctor if you want to use anything beyond a gentle face wash.
