Hey I'm Kristen. Im a teacher in Georgia. I'm 30, almost 31 TTC #1. This is my first cycle. I've been off BC for two months. I used a digital OPK and ovulated right on track. My cycle is around 30 days, though I have PCOS and before BC my cycles were erratic at best. I take Vitex Berry and it has immensely helped regulate me so far. I'm expecting AF on 3/26 but I'm going to Nepal on a mission trip on the 25th so hoping to test before I leave! 😬
