I just dont understad
Ive breastfed all 3 of my kids and i was always told that if u do that they would have a stronger immune system but my kids get sick like crazy i have a newborn now and she is struggling with a runny nose what can i do to help
Ok well do i drink vitamin c on top of my prenetals or will it be in them ???
