fever every single month !

Am 17 and do catch a cold every single month right before my period starts ! And it really sucks , my temperature reaches 40 degrees, all my body muscle aches, headaches, dizziness  and can't move from my place at all !  It had been almost 2 years right now on the same situation ! And it does never matter whether I protect my self from infected people or not, even if just sitting at home I would catch it ! And though there is NO any source from which I can get infected from, so any help please ? I would really highly appreciat it so much ❤️ thank u all !
