7 weeks 4 days bump!!

I've been a twig all my life and it's very weird seeing a bump! It's rock hard. Do you think I could be further along than expected? Going to dr today because of cramping and spotting but very very little spotting and it wasn't bright! Cramps have been medium and I've been sleeping all day! What do you all think?
