Spontaneous abortion
I did not know I was pregnant and It was not planned, but I was five weeks pregnant and what I thought was my period turned out to be an unplanned abortion. Which means that my last two periods were abnormal bleeding. I know that many changes are coming, although we did not plan to get pregnant. I feel terrible for not having noticed.
