Taking Baby's Temp

Hey ladies! I have the Braun digital thermometer which really f-ing sucks! It is so inconsistent. Today I suspected my 5 week old had a fever (although I really have no idea...I'm a FTM and I basically just wake up every morning and pray I can keep my baby alive for another day!). I took her temperature 7 times with the Braun and I swear to you it was a different number every single time.

What type of thermometer do you all use? I found a regular one in my daughter's little first aid kit, but I've been avoiding it like the plague because I don't want to put it in her bum! Sounds like such a BUMmer 😏
