My boyfriend of 1 year and a half called me fucking dumb bitch

So we were on a restaurant with his grandma i was mad at him so I told him I would talk to him later and kinda ignore him so he started screaming and he said give me back my sweater and grabbed it away from he kept going and he started saying your fucking dumb bitch in front of everyone we are done and his grandma said shut up and he stopped. He gets angry so quickly I know I was pushing his buttons but I was just fed up also. We had such an amazing week with his family until that day and I am trying to move forward but I keep thinking of that comment and what is next ? I told him I loved him but I was not sure I could forgive him.
