So i had my baby about 9 months ago, however i still am the same weight , pre pregnancy i was 102, now i am 137 , only lost alittle weight after giving birth. I want to begin working out and eatting much healthier. However, i do t want to necessarily lose the weight., i want to tone up, kinda like my curves . What are some tips yall have about ttoning up? I still have stretch marks on my butt and legs Nd hips, and my stomach looks horrific :/ my mistake was not wearing a waist thing . Any tips yall have ? Im 4'10 as well so idk if my weight is too much for me ? Help .
