hypothyroidism
So I was just diagnosed with hypothyroidism, and am doing the WHOLE30 diet (dr suggested) before we talk medication as I don't particularly want to be on medicine. But we want to have kids- so it might not be an option. Just looking for any other people who struggle with this and what their experiences were! Thank you!
