Vivid nightmares..

Lately I've been having REAL vivid nightmares.. For the last 3-4 nights, I've been waking up in the middle of the night due to having horrible dreams about people getting stabbed. For example, the dream I just woke up from. I was at my baby shower with my family, having a good time when my aunt started screaming like crazy and next thing I knew everybody was outside. I ran outside to see what it was all about and when I got outside, there was a black man stabbing a white man. He finished stabbing him a couple times then got in his car and drove off quickly.
