I'm making country style ribs in the oven... I boiled them for 45 mins on low and then I'm baking them for an hour and 45 mins in the oven... I'm just paranoid lol

It depends on the temp of the oven? Pork needs to be at the very least 145° internal temp to be safe, I usually don't serve any pork unless it's reached 180°. Invest in a meat thermometer, it's a lifesaver!

They need to be cooked to an internal temp of 160 to get rid of trichinosis risk.
You'll have to cook them longer than you plan to in my opinion. Just check them when you think they are done. Not against the bone, away from the bone to get a safe and accurate reading.
