am I out?

Anyone else on the same cycle ? Period is due Thursday but that's only 25 days . My cycle is normally between 26-28 days but ovulation was detected on day 12 this cycle ! I'm 10 dpo today and I got a positive with my first at 10 dpo so whenever I get negatives at 10 dpo I feel like I'm out automatically! Is there still a chance ? I took a cheapo test this morning that was negative but when I looked up the sensitivity online it says 25 hcg so that seems high for 10 dpo . I bought a FR for tomorrow morning . I'm praying so hard been trying now for 10 months :(
