Dry Skin--HELP

The palms of my hands have been extremely dry since I have between pregnant. I am finding it extremely hard to keep my hands moisturized and my hands are dry to the point that they are splitting and bleeding (mostly due to being active in church.) It's to the point that even washing my hands with mild soap feels like I'm washing my hands with soap containing glass shards. Any product recommendations or remedies?
