dark positive 12dpo. twins or ovulated earlier?

I'm 12dpo 3days before af and got this today. It seems really dark for 12dpo! Looking at other people's tests they look lighter at this stage? Could I have ovulated earlier?

You may just have fast rising or higher hcg, doesn't necessarily mean you ovulated earlier. Congratulations anyway ☺️

This was 13-14 dpo 5 days before AF was due. My hcg was tested the day before at 59 and the following day at 192. The ultrasound showed me measuring 4 days ahead, but still kept my due date.

Yes, I think you could have ovulated earlier, or it could also just be a sign of a good healthy pregnancy where the HCG is rising super fast, which is good!! :-)

They color doesn't mean multiples or early ovulation it just means a positive test.
