Fenugreek waening

I have been taking fenugreek off and on for the last few months. My baby has what I thought was sporadic colic. Doctor said he will grow out of it. He seemed to have grown out of it until recently. I noticed he was having a bit of a growth spurt and nursing constantly one day. So I decided to start fenugreek at that point. Then I noticed his fits were back, extreme gas, and spitting up after every single feeding. So much so I had gone through 3 freaking shirts in one diaper changing span.

I noticed he did this last time I took fenugreek and pretty much just shrugged it off as nothing. But when it happened again this time, I did my research. Apparently it is super common for this to happen. Fussy, gassy, spitting up.

So if you are taking this for your supply and notice these things with your baby, stop.
