TMI!!!! I was in L&D yesterday at 34d 4w with. Contractions. Cervix was checked twice at 1cm dilated. I was given shots and was sent home with contractions still being 5 min apart. Now today I think I lost my mucus plug(which is the TMI pic) experiences?

I lost my mucus plug around 34 weeks, and my son wasnt born until a few days before his due date.

Yep, part of your mucous plug! I lost mine at 29 weeks, caused me a lot of worry but she held on until 37.3 weeks to come!

Could be part of it. But that's not really cause for concern unless it starts to have blood in it. But the plug can loose pieces for weeks before delivery because it can build its self back up

Looks like regular secretions to me. Mucus plus is kinda sticky and stringy, like a booger almost. But either way you can lose pieces of it for a while, it can regenerate.

I'd say yes looks like mucus plug, but then again sort of looks like a yeast infection... but could be the mucus plug!
