I just had a sudden dizzy spell. This literally never happens to me? 8dpo. Has this happened to anyone else??

I had one after having sex with my hubby at 6DPO, not sure if it was related to pregnancy or not but I had a faint positive at 9DPO, so could be a pregnancy symptom.
