Percentage of income- bills?

Most of my money is used on rent food and bills. About how much of your income goes towards rent/ mortgage and food?

Rent is 25%of take home 16% pay
Food is 10% of take home 7% of pay
We also only have car debt of less than 300 a month. So we have some room to play around with.

I pay all bills in my household, still have money left and all my bfs money is leftover too. We live OK not as well as I'd like but definitely live within our means.
