Fibroids in the uterus

Frida
Hi ladies,
I've been trying to conceive for a while now, and I finally decided to go to a fertility clinic. After some blood and urine analysis, they told me I am fine and healthy... but then I got an ultrasound done an they found a fibroid (tissue) in my uterus. They say  they are always beningn and there is no need to remove them if they don't bother. The thing is that mine is in the right side of the endometrium, where the baby would eventually position itself AND is blocking the right Fallopian tube. I don't know what to think or do. The doctor said she can remove it OR she can prescribe me fertility enhancers and try to conceive from the "left side". I am 34 1/2. I really want to become a mother. I don't know what do to. Please, share with me your testimonies, your advice, your sweet words, something! 😥
