anterior placenta and labor?

Any moms had an anterior placenta and want to share their labor stories with me ? My doctor says I may have a harder labor because of it.

For me, the anterior placenta let the baby be sunny side up (aka back to back, posterior). I was in prodromal labor continuously for 48 hrs (some contractions instense, some not, ranging every 5-20 minutes). I even got admitted and given a sweep but that made me bleed and got a bout of intense contractions which eventually slowed down. They told me those contractions where helping baby turn but some babies may only turn during active labor and some are actually born in that position but as I had a previous vaginal birth, they weren't concerned. They gave me a choice of breaking my water or discharging me to labor at home. I chose to wait (figured if contractions were helping baby, I'd give them a chance as once the water breaks we're on the clock.
When I went into active labor (I was only 2 cm), it was mostly in my back which was tough but a midwife gave us some tips which helped. I got the epidural when I was around 4 cm, they checked after, I was 5-6 & water broke. Two hours later, I was fully dilated but baby still posterior & high so they gave us an hour. I pushed for 45 minutes & baby turned during pushing. The pet before she turned was the worst. I wasn't feeling pain during pushes but had intense pressure/pain in between (didn't help that they reduced the epidural). I got a 2nd degree tear but all good now 17 days later.

My labor was easy! Pushed for less than 20 minutes and she was here 12 hour labor and no tearing at all. She was 7 pounds 11 ozs, I was induced at 2 cm 25 percent effaced. No pain at all, thank baby Jesus for modern medicine😊

My baby was back to my back so....back labor! Short labor but painful, I progressed so quickly I didn't have time for any pain relief or epidural, he came so quick I wasn't even fully dilated so I had multiple tears, but they healed quick and weren't too painful! 3 weeks postpartum and feeling back to normal!
