NT screen & finding out sex???

Question

I keep reading that the ultrasound tech gives a good guess as to what the sex of the baby is at the 3D nuchal translucency screening. I'm getting this and the blood test done tomorrow so I'll find out soon anyways, but I want to know if this happened at your NT scan? And was the tech right?

No legit dr/tech will try to guess gender at the NT (12 weeks). It's too early.

I had a gender guess at each NT scan with all 3 of my boys. They were all 3 confirmed boys at my anatomy scan.

I think at the NT screen it's too early for a really reliable gender check. The boys and girls still look similar with more of a different angle to the parts than a different shape.

My NT screening is Friday and I'll be 13w1d.  At my last US the tech said she'd probably be able to tell us the sex at the NT screening.  I was surprised it would be so early.

Had my NT screening every time i go to my ultra sound and it's been the same a little girl. The only way it would Happen is your Benny came or the other gender was if you were having a baby in the 1950 there technology want that great on funding out what the gender was. They though my dad was going to be a girl lol

My nurse didn't even humor the idea. If you follow​ the development of your baby week 12-13 is when the most development of genitals happens. I paid for a private scan at 14+3 and clearly had a girl, at 12 weeks she still would have had a "stub"
