What does it do for your body? How long did it take for you to see results? I love before and after pics 😊😊😊😊

I do spin 3X a week ! It's great . I'm 28 weeks pregnant . I normally ( not pregnant ) would do stair master and run but it's hard with the belly . Spin tones the legs and keeps you in shape . I lift some weights for upper body . I'll look for pictures

Cycling hurts my butt bone, but it would be great to slim legs and belly as it's an aerobic exercise. I am more of an elliptical, jogging, yoga, pilates person myself.
