what kind of prenatal are you taking?!

what's a good prenatal GUMMY vitamin i could take with NO iron?! don't mean to be picky but i can't swallow pills and i hear iron makes you constipated?! any suggestions please thanks!

I use VitaFusion. I will warn you though that the whole "no iron" thing can come back to bite you. I'm in my 3rd trimester taking a separate iron supplement because I developed anemia.

Vita fusion . Didnt make me nauseous & i tried a lot of brands and also liked daily womens prenatal but i saw that w vitafusion my hair and nails grew way more i just felt like they "worked better "

Vitafusion. To try and maintain your iron just eat meat and beans every so often. I have been having chili like once a week and meat like once or twice a week and have maintained iron just fine. Cereal in the mornings is also good because they are fortified with all sorts of vitamins and minerals, even the bad for you ones 🤣
