Has anyone had blood test to see what gender baby you was having? And was the test right?

I had blood test done at 12 weeks results came back as a girl. I was just wondering.

I had the nipt and it said he was a boy which i already knew....but because i am high risk they checked anyway. Ultra sound later confirmed yep its a boy :)

I had the harmony test twice to check for genetic abnormalities and both times the gender was correct.  Those tests are almost 100% accurate.  The home lab tests that you send out not so much!

If you have a NIPT blood test done it's 99.97% effective on average.
If you had a mail away test they are not considered accurate.
