Explaining why fertility treatment is hard
It seems folks 'on the outside' (myself included, honestly... before living la vida TTC-Indefinitely), think all there is to assisted fertility is a little medication and then if you go the IVF route, a simple pluck and someone mashes his and her stuff and boom, you have a baby... or two.
How would you explain what makes this journey so different than the normal nine month venture?
Obviously, I have lots of feelings on it, but curious how others explain it (or 'would explain it' if not sharing).
