Infection or no?????

So on monday my throat started hurting like really bad(it feels really rough and it hurts yo swallow anything)  and my ears are throbbing to the point of any sound is made my ears start throbbing really bad. Do I have an ear and throat infection?

Ear, nose and throats irritation simultaneously can be caused by a cold. See a doctor if it gets really bad :)
