Yeast and thrush

My baby is on antibiotics, I got her on a probiotic about 5 days ago. My nipple seems to have a yeast infection. I have checked her and she has no white spots in her mouth and is eating fine, I've been trying to dry it off and use coconut oil on it. If my nipple has yeast does that mean she'll get it in her mouth? Should I pump that side until it's gone? And will coconut oil alone take care of it? Thanks for the help in advance!
