When are you telling your manager?

At what point did you/ are you planning to  tell your manager that you are pregnant?

I told mine at 7 weeks. I totally regret it. 
My managers passed me up for promotion and are now upset with me taking the full 12 weeks instead of 6.

I'm now 15 weeks and don't even show, I could have hid my pregnancy this entire time and I could have been promoted. (Unexpectedly, a position opened that I've been waiting on a month ago).

I told my boss at 7 weeks and he was excited for me and so, so supportive. I recently received an offer for a new job that is full time (contracting right now). After the verbal offer I called the manager to let him know I am 4 months along and that if this is something that does not work for their timeline that I will absolutely understand. They were actually very supportive and we're thankful for the transparency. If you're in a company with a great culture you should feel empowered to be able to be up front and open.

I told mine at 7 weeks because I have morning sickness and was arriving late to work because I'd be throwing up all morning. I wanted him to know I wasn't just being flaky. He was super understanding.

I told at 10 weeks but only because one of my coworkers somehow found out and took it upon herself to tell management and everyone else who works with me. 🙄
I wanted to wait until 12 weeks because I had gotten pregnant a month after I miscarried.

Told my boss at 12 weeks. I'm a consultant and I knew he would be happy and excited for me, but I'm not telling many of our clients for awhile. As soon as I do they'll all want to know how my baby affects them 🙄 if that's your manager, I say wait it out unless you have a reason to need a lot of planning time for maternity leave. Me and my boss both agree let's celebrate the tiny human for awhile before turning my pregnancy into a big to-do list at work!

I told mine at 9 weeks. It was earlier than I wanted to, but we were planning for some huge projects for this summer that require a bunch of travel and I know I probably won't want to fly in August.
