I hate my boobs
I hate my boobs more than anything else about myself. They're 38DDD's, and I can't jump, run, or even walk fast without them jiggling everyone. I carry a lot of my weight around my boobs and shoulders/upper arms so it makes sense but I want to know how to make them smaller. I'm only 20 and I'm sick of having these huge things that hurt my back and neck and sag down to my belly button when I'm not wearing a bra. I realize I'm never going to have the A cups I really want but I could live with B's or C's as long as they aren't these stupid things I have now 😤
Anyway, I want to know from your personal experience what diet/exercise combos helped you guys reduce your breast size, if that was a weight loss goal for you. I'm against breast reduction surgery only because I was told I wouldn't be able to breastfeed if I have children later on and I definitely want the option to do so.
Some info: I have full access to the gym on my college campus if there are any machines that might be particularly helpful, and I do try to drink lots of water and green tea now.
Any tips about motivating yourself to stick to a diet/exercise routine at all would be greatly appreciated! Peace and love to all ❤✨❤✨❤
