My arm feels asleep still idk it's tingly 😭 since I had my blood drawn what should I do

It sounds like they hit your nerve a little bit.  I would give them a call because sometimes that feeling can last several months.  The hospital has guinelines to handle these sitiations.  I am a licensed phlebotomist.

Sorry that you had to go to the ER and I hope you are feeling betting,, try putting a warm pad where they drew blood from it usually works for me and I get Iv's and blood drawn a lot and most of the time my arms are swollen...
