Do you go back to being regular soon after?

Hey ! Yes I believe they do because it messed mines up 😑 I'm I'm currently 3 months post op and my first 2 periods were way off, well for me they were . Usually my periods were 28 day cycle and it only lasted 4 days. My 2 periods after the lap was 5 and then 7 days and it was 35-40 day cycle. But my recent period this month it finally went back to my 4 days hopefully it stays that way .

Before surgery I had cycles between 33-38 days. The first cycle after surgery was on 30 days. The following full cycle after surgery I got pregnant and tested on CD28 and got a Bfp. It can mess them up but it can also make them a little more normal. Mine could have just been coincidence and not really changed as the days aren't drastic but I do know people who had regular periods after.

It depends on women, it messed my first cycle by adding about a week, but some women see no difference, some have inconstant cycles for a few months. Just take it easy and know that cycle disruptions after a lap are totally normal.
