swollen clit

So last night my boyfriend kept fingering me and he mostly went for the clit... I'd say he done this for a hour straight. It didn't hurt while he was doing it and I was wet but maybe not wet enough. And when I stood up, it felt like my clit got bigger... I was so scared. I've read up on it sayin to put ice on it but there's still a pain whenever I get up. And it feels like I can't close my legs. I don't want to go to my mom about this.. im 16. Someone please help me :(
