scared and anixety

I'm suffering depression and anxiety, but one of my aniextys is that I'm scared of my daughter she's 5 I just can't be around her and don't want her to touch me! That's making me depressed because I can't stand feeling this way why am I feeling like this. when she comes near me I literally go in my self and my skin crawls and it's just getting worst every day
