Help! Skin rash / allergy!

Help! Nearly 14 weeks pregnant and can have sensitive skin so already use special shower gel and soaps etc. Used to have eczema in the past but not recently. Skin very dry ATM. Think i may have an allergy or not sure what this is? Hands very sore, not really itchy. Tried some hydrocortisone cream from Drs but not sure if it's made it better or worse. Any ideas? Can I take an antihistamines?!?!?!?
