Please Pray and Hope for My Son 😭💔

My poor son, who is almost 11 months old, has been suffering the past few weeks 😞 It started off as not eating as much, not sleeping as well and having random fits throughout the day. After a really horrible, 4 hour long fit, I brought him to the emergency room (he's seen his doctor before this trip and she said he was fine). We arrived and had tons of tests done (x-rays, ultrasound, blood work and urine). All came back normal but they found he had a small bowel obstruction. We were given suppositories and sent home. He was screaming in pain for hours last night so I brought him back to the hospital, and I'm glad I did because we were hit with some terrifying news.

We arrived, and (eventually) saw a doctor about the issue. She informed us that, not only does he have the obstruction, but his neutrophil cell count (white blood cells that fight off illnesses) is at 0. They have no clue why because everything else came back normal.

This scares me more because my boy has never been sick before now. We have no clue what's causing it, and they don't either. Has anyone had this happen? What can we expect? I'm so scared for my baby, I haven't slept in days and I don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight now 😭
