advice please.....

Hiiiiii allll!! So my fiancé and I have been trying on off for over a year now.... so February my doctor suggested to do HSG results were my right side has some scarring and I have high chances of getting ectopic pregnancy. But my left tube is wide open. She immediately suggested and referred us to see a specialist to do IVF... we have been going to our appointments and starting my diagnostics testing next cycle... I'm getting sad and confused because there are so much into it getting IVF done... not so worried about the financial part cause my insurance will be covering it.. has anyone been in this situation what are the successful percentage doing in on first set of IVF?
