worried mommy

So this week makes 8. But for the last weeks or so I haven't been having any symptoms and now I'm beginning to worry. I had a 6 weeks ultrasound and everything was fine but now I don't feel pregnant at all....prior to last week or so I was so nauseous now I don't feel anything, is this normal? My next appointment isn't for two weeks... I'm praying everything is okay.
