Baby has pneumonia ðŸ˜
After two trips to the ER this week, that's what we found. She's been great through everything and such a lil trouper!!
If you think something is wrong- fight until you get an answer!! Sunday she was diagnosed with thrush just for us to find out that was actually just milk still left on her tongue.
Today her fever was much higher and she was vomiting a LOT along with other symptoms, so I took her back. They had to run several terrifying tests, but we found pneumonia out in the end thankfully!
She's now on antibiotics and on her way to recovery!
Do not let them downplay you as your child's parent. YOU know what's normal and what isn't. YOU know when something isn't right. Fight until you get answers. Find a different doctor if you need to.
I hope none of your babies have to go through what lil Olive went through this week! It's better that we know now rather than her just taking the wrong medication getting sicker and sicker, but it was awful listening to her cry through these procedures.
Anyway, this is her after we were discharged- much happier to be home!!
