Hymen problem :(

Okay so. I'm aware I have a septate hymen. (it's when your hymen is formed in a way that there's kind of like a string of tissue in the middle from top to bottom of your opening making like, two "holes") Usually people don't have problems inserting tampons (and in some occasions sex) because one "hole" is bigger than the other. Normally you'd have to go to a gynecologist to get it snipped. About 1 in 1000 girls have a septate hymen.

So my problem is mine is impossible to work with since both are really really small. I can only insert half of a slim tampon because it *really* hurts. So I cant use tampons atm. And I've got a pretty high pain tolerance, so I'm really worried about it.

Did anyone else have this problem and has seen a gynecologist about it? Any tips?
