Extremely Painful UTI

This is my first post on eve and I come asking for recommendations/help! I have had UTI's in the past but they generally go away on their own within a few days. Well, I have had this UTI (or what I think is a UTI) for about 3 days now and the pain when urinating is getting worse and I'm starting to bleed when I pee, either that or I'm starting my period a week early. I did have sex on Monday (protected) before the UTI started. I have a GYN appointment tomorrow afternoon to get checked out but in the mean time I need some remedies so maybe I can get some sleep! I literally have to pee (but only a couple of drops) every 5 minutes and when I do it puts me in some pretty gnarly pain. It's 4 am right now and I have class at 9:30 so I would really like to get some ZZZ's before I have to start my day! Anyone and anything is welcome, don't be shy with your remedies!! Thank you!
