Weight loss
I'm 17 years old, 5'1 and weigh 155 pounds (I don't look like it though) I used to be a very small girl (weighing between 115-125) before I got pregnant with my son and then right after I had him I was in the 160s I have had an extremely hard time losing weight and when I do lose weight it all comes right back he's almost 2 and I'm almost the size I was when I was pregnant with him! No offense to anybody else that weighs this much but I feel nasty and fat (because I'm not used to being big) I also have no motivation to exercise, I want to but I could be walking and 10 minutes in feel like I'm about to die.😭 it's embarrassing. I need some suggestions on how to lose the weight at home as I have no way to a gym, also help with changing eating habits and basically anything else I just want to be skinny again.😥
