when to go to urgent care?

My throat has been killing me for a couple days, but I just woke up and it hurts and when I breathe in I have to cough right after, I'm 27 weeks, and I just really don't know if I should go in, I mean it's like I HAVE to cough when I breathe in!

Strep is usually accompanied by fever and no cough so I'm going to say it's probably not, but I'm in the same boat 26 weeks and I'm about to go to the doctor later today just to be 1000% sure it's not strep. I don't think you can ever be too careful.

Sounds like post nasal drip but you can never be too safe.   I am an Urgent Care Nurse and I tell people all the time that is why we have jobs.  Even if it is to give slight piece of mind.
